Support
Qazaq Tili is a Kazakh language learning app. Answers to the most common questions are below.
Report an issue
- Every screen has a thin red strip on its right edge. Tap it, fill in the form and send — the report reaches us directly.
- On reading, story and poem pages the strip is replaced by a report line at the bottom of the page.
- If a word or sentence is wrong, report it with “Report Error” on the word card.
- For general feedback: Profile → Feedback & Report a Bug.
Reports are read every day. A confirmed error is fixed in the next release. Telling us which screen you were on and what you saw helps most.
Frequently asked
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Cancelling does not remove the app; access stays until the paid period ends.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Sign in on the new device with the same Apple ID, open the purchase screen in the app and choose restore.
An account is not required — restoring works without one.
Are the Reading & Listening packs (A1–C1) part of the subscription?
No. The packs are separate one-time purchases, bought per level.
Once bought, a pack is permanent and needs no subscription.
Can I change the app language?
Yes. The interface is available in English, Turkish, Russian and Chinese (Simplified).
Profile → Appearance → Language. Your learning progress is kept.
Audio does not play — what should I do?
Pronunciation audio is downloaded the first time it plays and then kept on the device. The first playback needs a connection.
If nothing is heard, check the side silent switch and the volume, then try again.
Data and account
The app works without an account; your progress is stored on the device.
If you created an account you can delete it, along with the data on our server, in Profile → Account.
